Environmental Health Association (EHAI)

It is a legal requirement that all staff working in the food industry are trained to the required standard.  This Primary Course in Food Safety course meets the requirements of Food Safety Authority Ireland (FSAI) Level 1 & 2, making it ideal for chefs and all those involved in the preparation of food.
