Under current legislation anyone involved in handling or preparing food is required to complete food safety and HACCP awareness training.

Our Consultant has over ten years experience in the Irish food industry and is:

  • Currently registered as a trainer with the Environmental Health Officers Association, and the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health.
  • Approved HACCP trainer with the HSE in the North East.

Certificate: Food Safety Certificate will be issued on successful completion of course and test paper.  This course satisfies the requirements of the FSAI Training level 1 & 2.
