This Fire Safety Training course is tailored to suit those working in a creche, preschool or childcare facility and will cover the most up to date Fire Safety regulations relevant to child care.

We can travel to your crèche, preschool or childcare facility to provide this bespoke Manual Handling training Course in the evening, at the weekend or at a time that is convenient to you. We can deliver both Fire Safety and Manual Handling Training courses on the same day for a more economic option.

Course Content

Understand the duties of a Fire Warden
Describe the chemistry of fire
Identify fire hazards in the workplace
Use and maintain portable fire extinguishers
Assist in the management of evacuation procedures and drills

Course Certification

On successful completion of the course each delegate is awarded an NB Training Services Fire Safety Awareness Training Certificate

Please note that due to Health & Safety & Environmental Protection considerations live fire extinguisher training is not normally included in this course. However we do provide demonstration & individual practice with a Fire Extinguisher and its use Live Fire extinguisher training is available on request.
