Our courses are very much tailored to suit our participants. For example if you come from a sports background e.g. GAA, Football, Rugby we have a sports First Aid Courses that would suit you. If you have a group of people we will travel to your club to deliver the course at a time that suits you and your coaches.

Nervous about written exams. Don't worry. Our tutors are very experienced and they will make you feel very much at ease and assist you if you need help. Our First Aid courses are very much focused on the practical aspects, so that if you come across an injury from putting a band aid on to doing CPR and using a defibrillator. Our experienced tutors will ensure that you feel very confident in doing theses skills and that you achieve a very high standard.
