PHECC First Aid Response Refresher Course (FAR)

Convert from Occupational First Aid to the New First Aid Response Standard.

This PHECC First Aid Response (FAR) training course is a replacement for the QQI Occupational first Aid.

This course is open to anyone who currently holds a valid QQI Occupational First Aid Certificate.

The Health & Safety Authority (HSA) now recognises the PHECC First Aid Response (FAR) training course as meeting the needs of occupational first aid. The FAR Standard was developed by the Pre-Hospital Emergency Care Council (PHECC) an independent statutory body who set the standards for education and training for pre-hospital emergency care in Ireland.
